About the project
¡¡ This project faces Wanquan Street on the east, the warehouse of
Pressure Boiler Factory on the south, School for the blind on the
north and No.90 middle school on the west. It occupies an area of
20,000 square meters. The intended floorage area is 50,000 square
meters. After set up, about 60% of the floorage area will go back
to the removed dwellers companies. As for the rest, these facing streets
will be commercial networks or office buildings and the other will
be middle or high rank apartments for sale. The whole project must
be finished in two years. This project has already been ratified by
relative municipal bureau. It is supposed to start in May, 1999

the basic facilities in this area has been improved. Because the planning
and reconstruction work in its surrounding area have been finished
the reconstruction project of dilapidated buildings in Dazhonhli district
will not only improve the living environment of the residents but
